Louis W. Gaylord, Jr.

(Deceased, 1918 – 2016)

Attorney Louis W. Gaylord, Jr. founded the law firm following his service in the Army during World War II.  He practiced law for almost 50 years before retiring from the firm in 1995.  Before his retirement, Mr. Gaylord was inducted into the North Carolina General Practice Hall of Fame.  In 2012 he was awarded North Carolina’s highest civilian honor, The Order of the Longleaf Pine, by Governor Beverly Perdue.  He earned an AV® Preeminent Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell® listing, the highest recognition possible in the legal industry, for his professionalism and ethics.
